When launching a business, many young entrepreneurs underestimate the importance of establishing a sales strategy. It's too easy to get caught up in product development thinking a sales plan will work itself out later.

However, ask any seasoned entrepreneur and he or she will stress the great importance of learning to sell your product or service long before it's ready to market.

For the cover story of this issue, we asked four experienced local sales professionals to share their sales advice and experiences in the hope that the information will help you begin to develop a solid sales strategy.
